We are thinking of naming our newly born baby girl, Veesha. So far we have only found references to KIng Veesha, but it would be nice to know the meaning in hindi, or any other translations

Vish is a Sanskrit word for Poison. Where did you get King Veesha? I thionk the spelling is wrong. The names on net are often either of not Hindu origin, or sp[elt in a wrong way. Sopmetimes even their meaning is not correctlly given.
anyway get another name.

I think u can select some other name for ur daughter...Visha in Kannada means Poison...so select some familiar name for her..God Bless...

How I wish, I know the meaning of that word too. Now please make a research of 'Narashangsa' and 'Kalki Alvatar'.
