well da difference between soul n spirit is like difference between villian and hero. both r human beings. but both have witnessed life from different angles. wen a person dies n has fullfilled all is wants n didnt have any last wish.. will b termed as his 'soul' will b in peace. but wen he has any unfulfilled wishes..say for eg. accidental death. n his desire to live further will not let his soul leave earth. in this case we term his soul as spirit.
