well just put compact powder, then just blush a little bit on your chicks
then lipbalm
just earthy theme color.. like brown blush or copper
that will do you best
and your zits don't worry about that
you must be confident enough to yourself
don't worry too much in that
the earthy theme will emphasize your face

Start with a fresh clean face. Then buy a good cover-up like Maybelline or Covergirl, the powder will make your face look flawless. When you achieve your foundation, add a little mascara, if you have brown eyes or blue use blackest mascara, then after, use a little cheek blusher, just enough to look sun-kissed. To complete your look, use a natural clear lip-gloss. All these things you can buy with maybelline or covergirl.
After a few months when you feel comfortable, you can start experimenting with eye-shadows and eye liner and different colors of lipsticks.
BTW-foundation is good for your skin, just remember to change foundation sponges, because bacteria build-up will cause zits and blemishes

Well I go cheap too...
To get rid of your zits, use clear rubbing alchohol.
I dont use any foundation... I use:

Avon (c) Black Glimmersticks Eyeliner

[If Im wearing dark colors] Aziza II lengthing black mascara

[If Im wearing light colors] New York Dark Blue mascara

South Seas Eyeshadow- I wear dark blue, then fade it to light blue. Then I put the skin tone around my eyes.

Then last, Kleancolor Cool Gloss (c) lip gloss.

Of course makeup is different for everyone, some colors look better on other people. And even so, some people look worse with makeup. They look better natural. I know some of these things arent cheap, but the other things were gaven to me. Just a warning, I recommend against Revlon products, especially Colorstay Mascara. It will make your eyelashes clumpy and wont come out with anything for a long time lol.

Well good luck and hopefully you will find whats best for you tah tah!

Make sure your face is washed and dried before bedtime to help prevent acne. I would stay away from powders and bases, because they clof pores and can lead to more embarrassing zits. You should highlight your face, Not take away from that beautiful glow you have. You may not think so now, but you are naturally beautiful. Everyone's skin has problems at one time or another. I would reccomend a clear lip gloss, and soft pink blush, or eyeshadow if you want to go that far. Just don't cover up your true beauty-the original, one of a kind face that you have. :)

Foundation clogs the pores and leads to even more zits, so just wash your face every morning and night and get some pimple cream or something. I'm thirteen as well - I once tried makeup and I broke out the next day. Not good. Wait until ur older and your skin has 'settled down' (it's what my mum says)

If you have pimples don't cover with a fountain it makes them worse! Start with a little lip color. Then maybe some lite eye shadow and mascara. If you read on here you will see that someone asked the boys if they liked makeup or natural. The boys said mostly natural. It is fun to ware makeup but go slow and easy with it. A little goes a long way! Try some different ear rings.

Okay, I would just use a light powder and concealor. Mark is quite cheap-these two things are under $10. First, try Invisible Touch perfecting concealor-$5. It comes in a mirrored compact, and 5 shades. I use it and it covers my zits perfectly. Then, for the powder, try Powder-matic go anywhere loose powder. It comes in three shades and you can barely tell you're wearing it, except it covers most blemishes and makes them less noticeable-$8.

well makeup might make it worse it the longrun. to cover pimples dab some concealer on it then you apply the foundation. but let me tell you natural looks much better maybe a little lip gloss and mascara. if what you want is too cover your pimples though then you should work on that. make sure you wash your face everynight especially if you use makeup. look into some facials. dont be in a hurry to grow up. rememer the sooner yo start using makeup the sooner you start getting wrinkles.also bronzers give you a nice glow.

I am not sure how old you are but it is always better to go natural...

If you choose to wear make-up it should be light and natural....

You will not get "flawless" cheap....but you can do the whole concealer (1-2 shades lighter then your skin tone), followed by a foundation comparable to your skin tone, and finished with a light powder.

Be sure to always remove make-up before going to bed to reduce further acne problems.

I've been told foundation helps protect the skin from sun and wind but of course you should care for you skin and wash it off properly after each day. With your spots dab the foundation on them not sweep, like your patting something dry with one finger and do this untill it blends. As your just starting just stick to foundation and then go move to other items and experiment lip gloss, mascara, eyeliner you will see what suits you. Sit in front of the mirror and experiment with make up on a free day not just before you go out ok? lol
hope i helped

For a natural look just use Physicians Forumula Wand concealer to cover blemishes and maybe a light loose powder. Foundation can clog your pores and it doesn't give you a natural look. It tends to make the face look older. Mascara on your eyes and a light colored lip gloss.
