Sperm are made in the testicles. There are millions in every drop of healthy semen — the fluid containing sperm that is ejaculated during sexual excitement. The sperm move from the testicles to the seminal vesicles through tubes called the vas deferens. In the seminal vesicles, they mix with other fluids to form semen.
During sexual excitement, sperm move out of the testes and into the urethra through tubes called the epididymis. They mix with several fluids to produce semen, which comes out of the penis through the urethra when a man ejaculates. Usually, a teaspoonful to a tablespoonful of semen is released with each ejaculation. Each time a guy ejaculates, his semen contains about 300 million sperm. It only takes one sperm to cause pregnancy.

I know that if you are trying to have a baby, doctors encourage couples to try every other day because the sperm count is higher. But masturbation doesn't permanently decrease sperm count, no.

well, short term, yes it does lower sperm count. long term, no because your body produces it regularly. no need to worry.

you ejaculate will decrese if you masturbate frequently.....but if you stop for awhile it will accumulate again...
