"pawn shop" Business forum?

I'm looking for any website that gives detalied information about how to run a pawn shop Costs, pricing etc. I'm wondering if there is a formula out there that has been proven successful

Generally, pawnshops price their items 1/2 of the new price. If you look on ebay, that will also help you find an appropriate price for the specific items. Good luck.
