You're supposed to have sex just before she ovulates so that there are sperm there when her egg is released. It sounds simple, but it can take some time for everything to work.
Please read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. It will explain the basics of female (and a bit of male) reproductive biology in an easy-to-read format that should answer all your questions.

1. Get married.
2. Chart her cycles on a calender and take her temp. every morning before she moves from the bed. (when her temp. spikes she's ovulated.) It'll take a few months to get the hang of when she is fertile, but if she already knows her cycle this will help. She will ovulate around the mid-point of her cycle. (If it's regular)
3. Do the higgy giggy between 3 days before and 2 after this spike. Try every day in this time frame.

have u tried sex? lol. Well, there definitely is some problem with either of you, You both must consult a good doctor, it is possible that you might have less sperm count Also show ur gf to some gynaecologinst.

First, you should learn how to spell so that you can fill out a job application. Then, when you can actually support a family, you should get married and try to have a baby with your wife.

Time to seek medical assistance from either an OBGYN who treats infertility, or a Reproductive Endocrinologist. Usually the OBGYN is the first step and they send you to the RE if they cannot help you.
