Probably to compete and come out on top, though my dream is different from that, it's more like that we all come out better off.

A really good job (good pay and benefits)---safe and secure living for the family---good health---balance of work hard--- play hard---good friends and time to enjoy them---good community---and a place where you can worship as you see fit--and a secure start for your children's future
