Take your time. Enjoy this special time of holding hands and listening to each other and wondering how and when you'll be able to kiss her. There is no rush because good things are worth waiting for. Talk. Discover what is important to her. Tell her your hopes and dreams. After only one month you still have a lot to learn about each other. Take you time.
When the time is right you'll know how to kiss her. Just make it a soft kiss and don't worry about the stuff you see on TV. It is the feeling behind the kiss which makes it special. Gentle and easy does it. Like kissing a rose petal or something very fragile that you don't want to hurt.
If hormones get in the way of keeping things on the purity side then don't stay where you will be alone together for a long time. Stay out of trouble.

when you're walking down the street together, just kinda of turn and give her a peck on the cheek. She'll be glad to get it, I bet, and there, you've broken that ice! btw, there was a girl who posted a question that was practically the other half of your question, saying something like, "I want my boyfriend to kiss me but he's really shy... why do I do?". Go find it if you want. If it's her, it'll probably give you the confidence you need to give her that first kiss! Good luck!

Set the right mood first. Like, give her roses or bring her out for a romantic dinner. Kissing is a wonderful feeling. she too would like to be kissed. Just be sure you have proper oral hygiene when you kiss her for the first time. Good luck|

that would have been really frustrating, i understand ur feeling... but u must not feel very shy, bcos u know she will also have the same feelings, she wants u to take the control of her. thats a natural feeling every boy has, but u must dare it for first time......"one advice: IF U REALLY LOVE HER, KISS WITHOUT ASKING HER, BEFORE PLEASE ASK IF SHE LOVES U". or u will get a tight slaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaap.

just pluck up the courage if you really want to kiss her. if she seems uncomfortable then don't kiss her and wait for her to make the next move.she might be just as nervous or scared or whatever as you.you might not want to confront her just yet. but if she does seem uncomfortable do what you think is best.
