Does any one know any movies like where a teen age boy lives in a neighborhood place where his next door neighbor has a teen age daughter. He can watch her from his room and he likes to watch her. He watches her change cloths and while watching he masturbates.
He watches her doing the same too. He thinks that the girl knows nothing but she knows everything and she liked to be watched.

There's a scene similar to that in the movie "The Monster Squad" from the 80's but of course, the entire movie is not about that.
