what happen if USA is isolated and can't ask for help to other countries. Will USA still be a superpower?

not only help, but other country stop doing bussiness w/ USA, stop doing export n import n no country listen to USA.

If the United States is isolated from other countries because other countries no longer want anything to do with the United States, then the United States will no longer be a superpower because there will no longer be anything super about it...the United States will become a third world country in this scenario because there won't be any imports or exports and the United States will be in constant fear of being attacked by other countries.

Since when did the US ask other countries for help? We're the ones that help everyone else. What would happen if WE isolated ourselves and stopped helping people that were asking for it.

If we became isolated our economy would NOT collapse. We are very capable of becoming a self sufficient community. We have workers that can manufactor goods. Textiles and things of that nature may go up in price, but the economy would eventually adjust itself and cost of living wouldn't be a problem. We also have oil reserves, and we could always drill in Alaska (which is estimated to have MORE crude oil than Iraq)

the reality is....

today's world is based on economic colonialization.
The US is dependent on other countries.however, you have to understand other countris depend on the US more.

So if the US breaks down the whole system will go down.
This has been created to uphld US supremacy over all.

For example,if the US does not buy OIL anymore the middle east economy will be ruined.

Again, if the Japanese auto mobiles are not any more exported to US,Japan will face disaster.

So for our own good we have no other way but to let US prevail.
However, too few people would understand that.

inspite of each of the hype that has been generated about China and India,it must be commonplace that a minimum of contained in the close to destiny (say the subsequent 20 years)no usa can dislodge the U. S. from its excellent position because the international's No.a million Superpower.

That would be the greatest thing for the U.S.

If we had to depend on ourselves for protection we would likely not be stationing troops all over the world for one...

Secondly, if we could not trade with other countries that would be a complete revolution in rebuilding our infrastructure to create factory jobs back in America that have been lost.

I think the country would be happier as well as wealthier if it was like that.
