I'll be honest as can be. I think I have a larger than average penis, but I have never gotten my girlfriend off from sex. I always have to go down on her or just play with her. Of-course it does. No-one wants a teeny weenie. That's no fun at all!!!!!!!!!!! I believe it makes a huge difference in sex if you have the right size. So yes it does matter.
