Terripoo, about 16 (just a guess, because he was a hand-me-down).

I had a Labrador retriever that was 10 when she died. My oldest living pet is my 17-year-old English short haired cat, Smokie. She seems to think she's still a little kitten, though.

I've had 3 cats and one dog die at the age of 16 years old. I haven't had any animals live past this age. Seems to be a curse I guess. 16 years is a long time, but I read an article about a cat that was 26 years old and still going strong.

A french poodle named Snoopy. 19 years old. Had been trampled by a horse, run over in the driveway, mauled by a bulldog, almost drowned in neighbors pool, and electrocuted by live wires after a severe storm. She died quietly in her sleep 9\28\98. I still feel her around my mom's house!

My horse Duquesa (Duchess) was 32 when she died naturally of old age.
This is very old - even for a horse!
