when we transcribe as fresher, it is natural to get doubts about abbreviation, lower cases or uppercase and so forth. Is there anything available on web to go and find out the answers for the doubt which could solve out problem instantly?

Where ever are you studying from that they don"t have a well equipped library? You need to borrow a book from the library and make yourself a reference sheet. Complain to the management that you dont have good reference material. Also the books are available from the market.
