If ur audience are students, then try
1. Sleeplearning.
2. the population implosion in Europe - they're losing people.
Or something you know a lot about, perhaps a hobby or an interest. This will work best cause you don't have to research much. :)

You should go with something you are passionate about and have a personal experience with. Perhaps you'll want to be persuasive or demonstative or informative. Perhaps you have a loved one suffering from a rare disease. Educate people about it. How can one protect themselves against _____? Do you hate smoking? Love being a vegetarian? Collect rare butterflies? Share some information you know about. And visual aids help too. Just make sure people are listening to you when you're talking and not looking at the visual aid.

How about the media and Howard Stern? The dude rocks, is totally original, doesn't take crap from anyone and since he changed to Sirius, they have 4 millions listeners instead of the few hundred thousand they used to have. Now the 4 million might have nothing to do with Stern, but who knows?
CBS is ticked bigtime, making a big deal about it all, which just goes to show how big media moguls think they can dictate whatever they want to, to whomever they want to.
Just a thought. I don't think that you would lose interest. Everyone knows who Howard Stern is and you might enjoy the research on him as well.

nicely for starters in uncomplicated phrases 50% of a presentation is on whats easily in the slides at the same time as offering you need to have a Voice that would want to entice the observer besides you may want to upload a comic book tale or 2 to lighten the ambience ultimately statics continually grab peoples interest and instruct that you realize what your speaking about even if if their made up ;)

Try sex, money, power, politics, or religion most in that selection are taboo, but people like to hear about them in a presentation where you stand what your views are, why your views are that way. if you take on something like politics though be prepared to back up your opinions and beliefs for the simple fact that there will always be that one person questioning everything.
