Does this make him a perve? Especially if he is expecting sexual attention, and she isn't really ready for that kind of thing yet? And in another case, a thirteen year old who has a crush on a ninteen year old, who says he'd love her if there wasn't an age difference?
Can I have your opinion?

there is nothing wrong. but dont you think its too young to even think about it. get a life...enjoy your youth. there's more to it than a girl boy relationship at this juncture.

It is not wrong, as long as this date remains within limits set and respected by both parts. Sexual attention is normal, however if she is not ready yet, it is very bad (arrogant, hostile and aggressive) to get it.
As far as the 13/19 relationship, I can understand that there may be attraction between the two, or that it is normal for little girls of that age to have a crush on everybody they meet... (especially if they have good looks!)
Unfortunately at this age, the 19-year-old would treat the 13-year-old as his little sister because he could not see her in a different way (and if he did, he shouldn't!). Furthermore, a sexual relationship is not the best to happen at the 13-old part is extremely young to be ready and participate consciously and willingly. Unless the 19-year-old wants to start baby sitting. The 13-year-old should find her friends and play with them!
If they meet again, after 4-5 years, they can start over again.

If you are the 14 year old or the 13 year old, do you think there is anything wrong with going out with an older teenager? The teen years is when sexuality begins. You leave two teenagers alone and a lot can happen, or none. But the teenagers are not in charge here and there are consequences for their actions that they are not ready for–like a baby.

no its not wrong because its only a 2 year difference but what is wrong is if he is expecting sexual attention he should not expect that until she is over 18 and in the other case it does sound like he is a perve because the is 19 already he shouldnt be checking 13 year old out there not even in high school yet.

14 & 16 is no problem! 13 & 19 is ...well illegal( not to date but for anything else) and if 16 will get you 20 (years in prison) 13 would be even worse. Not to mention it is just creepy. If they really want each other they need to wait till she is 18 and he is 25.Then no one will care.

Ya it's wrong to go out with him if she's not ready for that kinda thing. And age doesn't matter. That's his opinion.

14 & 16 is okay - but it's wrong if he pressures her.
13 & 19 is gross (and illegal where I live).
