It's probably not going to happen buddy.

This has made her uncomfortable, and now that she is aware of where you were at, she is being careful because she knows that doesn't fit in with her plans.

You can sit down and talk to her and see if you can still be "just friends" ... but my guess is, in practicality, the two of you will probably now go seperate ways.
