You worry about 63 bloody p, for one person who contributes at 80yr old what she does, and brings in so much tourism etc.
What about all the illegal refugees in the country, the scrounging bloody druggies, the alchoholics on the streets, the 2nd 3rd and even 4th generation lazy bastards who have no intention of working and continually sponge off the state and are paid for by every tax payer.
The fact that we get taxed on taxes, hidden taxes everywhere. COME ON GET A LIFE, LOOK AT MORE IMPORTANT ISSUES MAN.
Get the streets clean, The users , abusers and losers cleaned up and forced to work for a start.
What about all the silly little tarts out there who just wanna get pregnant so they can get housing for example. How much do you think they all cost us. The women who shell out kids like peas out of a pod, and EXPECT the tax payers to pay for them all. If people can't afford to have kids, + raise them on your own, with their own money, they shouldnt have them. The state dipping into its non bottomless pockets + continually giving hand outs to over premiscuous numb nuts who feel it is their right to not wear a condom + or have more sprogs, are the ones who are a real drain on this country.
THIS IS NOT JUST A RANT, DISCUSS IT WITH ALL WHO YOU KNOW, SPREAD THE WORD. IT IS ABOUT TIME WE ALL AND I MEAN ALL STOOD UP TO BE COUNTED AND DID OUR BIT TO HELP MEND THIS ONCE GREAT NATION OF OURS.

I pay thousands in taxes every year so, in the grand scheme of things, 63p is nothing. What people also forget is how much revenue the monarchy brings into this country, which far exceeds our 63p investment.

I have no problem paying out 63p for our Queen because I know that we are getting more out of her presence than we are paying out - definitely.

I too work in a place that is Government funded and yes, we are also laying people off. But cutting the Queen's revenue would not change this. At the end of the day, we have invested a ton of money in IT and improved processes. The pay off for this investment is that we have to reduce our workforce. We cannot have it both ways people...

To all you ignorant morons out there - 63p is absolutely nothing. The Queen and the Royal Family do more for this country than the sum total of the pointless agencies and councils out there that are paid for by your taxes. Not only that - she pays more to the exchequer than she is paid by the civil list through the Duchy of Lancaster. Get a grip you idiots! What do you want? President Scargill? The Queen is the only thing that sets this pathetic excuse for a country against the rest of the world. Even that idiot Blair acknowledges her wisdom and counsel in running the country. Just think about it - every PM since Churchill has worked for her. Imagine the wealth of experience that she passes on to the Privy Council, the Secretaries of State and the Prime Minister of the day. God Bless her and may she and her heirs reign forever. The day she doesn't, I and many others will be taking our money and skill elsewhere.

No its not fair. The Queen has huge personal wealth, she should pay her own way. The sum of 63p doesnt sound a lot over a year, but it adds up to a huge amount of money which could be better spent elsewhere.

Like most things, no it isn't fair.

The Queen has many ways of generating income but still insists on bleeding the taxpayer dry. Just be thankful she didn't make us pay the £60 to replace her yacht, she was going to but bowed down to all the public pressure.

Sure 63p is not alot to some of you but when you are multiplying this by the 40+ million people you start to see how much the Royals cost us. The Royal train, private flights, hundreds of staff all unnecessary that I am sure they could trim down on but why will they when it is not their money they are spending?!

Where I work is government funded and we are currently laying staff off because of lack of funding. Maybe if the Royals didn't spend so much on themselves we wouldn't be in this mess!? Who knows but one thing I am certain of is that it is not fair!

It is fair, what else would you get for 63p - A Monarch, all the pomp and circumstance, a chance to be British - you could spend 7 times that on a packet of cigarettes

The Queen and her family do so much for our country. She is a figurehead and leader, they are ambassadors promoting our country wherever they go and they bring a large amount of money into this country through tourism too. All in all 63p isn't alot to pay now, its good value for money.

God save the Queen! (and the entire monarchy!)

There are people in this country that disagree with the war in Iraq, which will have cost us more per year. Some people disagree with membership of the EU that cost us more per year.

63p each per year is nothing. I'm not in favour of the Monarchy, but if i were trying to get rid of it, I'd look for better arguments than this.

at the start i'm a Republican and that i wish she isn't using tax payer funds for inner maximum products, that’s incorrect no remember who does it. the concern isn't the certainty of going to the stay overall performance, however the fee of the entourage to permit her to pass. each and every time POTAS or the kin steps out into the standard public it fee $100s of hundreds of greenbacks in expenditures. whilst POTAS gets on Air rigidity one that determine jumps into the masses of thousands. With that pronounced, it rather is an prolonged time needed perk all Presidents and their households have had. what's sticking in anybody’s craw is in as we communicate’s economic equipment and nationwide debt disaster that variety of spending looks frivolous and unwarranted. regardless of the certainty that, what’s a pair million in comparison to 17 trillion. next situation is why is she doing all this now? She didn’t do a outstanding purchase interior the standard public’s eye the previous 3 years, why start up now? Do you think of it rather is an election year? in my view i admire her so lots greater effective than her hubby. I additionally think of she’s lots smarter than he's.
