If I see a way to make something happen that usually motivates me, whether it be in my personal life or dealing with people on the street.

Alot of things could motivate you to to take precise and positive action on situations, one of them could be when you see people doing stuff they are not supposed to do or doing stuff the wrong way, and you are sure you could do better if you were in that situation. another one is just instinct....you use your discretion to take action. and that is usually the good one.
