The unconsciousness alone has me worried. You need to see a doctor sooner rather than later. Call your doctor or nurse line to know where to go exactly (ER, general admission, etc.) Try going to a hospital or clinic that is not as busy.

You need to call 911 immediately. It is possible that you sustained a concussion. There's also a chance that you did something else - it is surprising that the ER didn't do x-rays. At any rate, have EMS take you to the ER - now. Don't wait, it is likely that it won't get better.

I can't believe they didn't do any x-rays. I am not a doctor, but that would be my first response to your accident. I would definitely be rechecked by ER or your regular doctor ASAP. I hope everything works out well for you.

Please go back to the ER and let them check you out again. I am suprised that they didn't do X-Rays the first time. Demand some now. You really need to have them make sure you are ok!!! Take care and I hope you feel better!!!

Sounds like you have a concussion. You really need to go back and get x-rays done. They should have been done to begin with.
