Becoming bored comes naturally to most people. Usually the problem is other way round ! Anyway, the answer is really quite simple. Just find something that you do not like and do not need, and not likely to happen, and keep working towards getting it. Boredom is sure to happen to you. Only when you need something and don't get it or feel that you are not likely to getting, anxiety happens. You are very thrilled and excited because you are not bothered about expectations, and enjoy things as they are.
