Yes, that is true! Any girl who has unprotected vaginal intercourse runs the risk of becoming pregnant, whether it's her first time having sex or the 100th time. It is even possible to become pregnant before ever having a period. Pregnancy can happen any time ejaculate or pre-ejaculate gets in the vagina or on or near the vulva. Having sex without using a latex or female condom also puts you at risk for sexually transmitted infections.
A woman has a good chance of becoming pregnant from unprotected vaginal intercourse during the six days of her cycle that end in ovulation (the release of an egg). Ovulation usually occurs about 14 days before the start of a woman's period — the beginning of her menstrual cycle. She is less likely to become pregnant from unprotected intercourse in the day or two following ovulation, but it is possible.
Since ovulation occurs 14 days before the start of a woman's period — not after the start of her period — it can be difficult to predict. (Day one of the menstrual cycle is the first day of bleeding.) Also, many girls have menstrual cycles that are not the same length each month.

Hi,
Ofcourse..! you may get pregnant in first intercourse. There is some scientific factor should be consider for yur question. The sperm count should be strong from yur opp. partner at the time of intercourse. The ovem fertility strength should be at the peak. Normally, aftr 15 days from mensos this fertility strength is in high. You can easily find this period by checking your body temperature. In this period the women's body temperature ill raise from normal temp.(98 F) to 98.7 F. In most of the countries there is a special instrument to find this fertility period.

Oh YES! If not protected, YES!! If you're concerned about pregnancy, don't have sex. Sex is a emotional and very fragile thing. It's a complicated issue. Most people don't understand until after the fact. Be SURE it's something you want to do. If you're not married, save yourself. Even if it means waiting until your 40. I know most people make fun of that, but to be honest with you, I'd feel even more special that my spouse waited for me. His one and only and his wife. How it should be. I'd have more respect for that person and I'd feel as if they're a TRUE romantic. Don't listen to society. Follow your correct instincts. I'm 28 and never had sex yet. I'm PROUD OF IT!!! You should be proud to be a virgin also...I'm not speaking in terms of religon or anything. I'm speaking with how things "should" be....
