well i havent seen my niece since she was 1years old and i really would like to see her.. dont know where her mother is at all.

hi. i can feel your desperate to see you niece. you can use the red cross in most countries. they have a "finding service". (i definitely know they do in Australia). All you have to do is ring them or go to there website, give them all the information they need. EG names, dates, previous addresses...and so on. they have connections all over the world, that they contact, and look people up. they even have access to people's phone accounts and social security records...good luck, and i hope this has been useful. i know it was for my husbands family.

this seems a little extreme but depending on her age....If she is in her 20's she will most likely have her resume on an online database like Monster.com or others..... Phone number, address and email will all be provided on her profile
There is a cost associated with getting a membership though.....just depends on how desporate you want to find her I guess....
