she also not get her periods . is this effect her health. plz reply me.

She is most likely underweight, which does cause women to not get their periods. She needs to see a doctor so she can get examined properly and get the information she needs to get healthy again. If she has an eating disorder (anorexia/bulimia) then she would also need counseling with a therapist.

I dont know if low weight can cause an absense in periods or not. But she needs to see a doctor about her weight and ask about her periods. This could be dangerous for her is she is really underweight.

Being under weight can effect you menstral cycle. She really should see a doctor about her condition. I've heard positive things regarding weight lifting, but I think seeing the doctor would be first and foremost.

it's like a doctor that examine ur body and see what is missing or low in ur body from a healthy average body. example:calcium, vitamin, minterals,etc
