How can one understand the massage of the lord thuogh consist holy spirit?

That is the second most common way He speaks to His people. The first is the still small voice that comes from within. That takes knowing the difference between His Spirit and our own mind and desires.
When He speaks through the Holy Spirit it is usually (but not always) in an unknown tongue. Then it is always interpreted (if there was no one that could interpret then He would not use that method). Although, most people do not understand or want to believe that the Holy Spirit speaks, it is totally Bible and is spoken of many times by several of the disciples.
The point is that God speaks to us in many ways. He wants to lead us in the right paths and if you ask Him, he will show you in a clear way. If I get a way and I am not sure than I ask Him to verify it in another way! The Bible tells us that His word is always verified by two or three methods (or witness).
Sometimes we take the first one and do not wait for the second or ask Him for it. God is not put-out by our asking Him to verify along as our heart is sincere.

Yes, you receive the Holy Spirit when you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior and become saved. He dwells in you always and He speaks to your mind, your spirit, and influences your thoughts. He also comforts and encourage you to dod the right thing. Sometimes you may not even realize it when He is talking to you. If you have a bible read John 14:16 and John 14:26.

Yes the lord speaks to everyone, it's just a matter of listening. If you're living a clean life, and are willing to act upon what he tells you, then there is no reason that he can't give you guidance and counsel. But again, you must open your heart, and turn off the things of the world, then and only then, can you hear what he is saying.

It's not like two people talking to one another. When the Holy Spirit speaks to you, it's more like an impression that's put into you. It's like He places clear information into your mind, instantly, that you didn't have before.
