Burn less fat with less exercise, consume more fat like chocolate and ice cream for example. In resume, consume more fat, than your body can burn.
Are you sure you need more fat? Excess of fat demages our body's functions. Who told you need more fat?
I had gain some pounds, right after I had moved here to NY, therefore I went on diet to loose those pounds that I had gotten. My english teacher at that time, freaked out in the middle of the classroom when she got to know I was on diet...I felt so embaraced. Unfortunetly, here in the US, has a resistence towards to diet. Most people think we shlould go on diet if we are fat or if we are an adult. Just as example, other day I answered a question simillar to yours from a young teenager, and most of the answers were she shouldn't be worry about her weight because she was too young! We should take care of our body at any age, learn soon what we should and what we shouldn't eat, or what time. Llearn since young to compromise with our bodies. Is useless, do what my teacher said, eat all I want and exercise. Eating all I want and exercise, won't maitain my body healthy...what about eat with moderation? I mean all you want, but in less quantity.
My advice? Only add fat to your body, if a doctor advises you to do that.
For most people whom I know that aren't american (european and brazilians like me) consider most of the baseball's players fat, while my americans friends and boyfriend, consider them strong or not fat at all. Fat is becomming synonimum of strong. I am not here to say whom is right or wrong about that. Datas have shown american are the most obese people in the world, and they don't stop of getting bigger and bigger. All this increase in the americans people body, have provided them a less acurate idea about fat.
Again, before you add more fat to your body, check with a doctor if that is your case, look yourself better in the mirror, make a closer avaliation about your body, maybe what you need is some muscles that can be gained or developed with excercise, like lifinting weights.
My intention isn't to call americans fat or something like that....I love american people, I love their curiosity and above of all, their determination. If they say, I'll go to the moon...just wait and see, they will, and will be the first ones to step there too.
Sometimes when we give our opinion, we hurt some people.I think what's really hurts are the facts. If we can change some facts, we can get people happier.
I believe the truth is always the right answer, that's why I tend to stick to the truth.
If I offended someone here with my answer, I would like to apologize in advance since my real intention is to provide my best advice.
PS: I love american people, diferent of some people have spread here at Yahoo. Just for the record, my boyfriend is american and my second soccer team is US. I bet US$ 500,00 on The US team when they played against Italy...luckly I won... but I was ready to loose some money for my respect of americans soccer's team determination. After all, this is the determination that facinates me in most american people.

Best way to get fat is to obviously EAT loads!
But if you're too skinny, maybe you should eat more protein and build some muscle instead of eating lots to get fat.

Go to university. There you will read endless books (putting off exercise to the extent that you find yourself driving to the library that's 3 blocks away), devour endless dairy milks and gummy bears (because it's brain food you know), and drinking high calorie beer on weekends ('cause you need to relax). It worked for me.

you eat all sorts of things that are full of fat...sugar...anything!!! plus, eat alot. but why do you wanna gain waight?
