I have the Treo 700, and I think it is great. The 700 has a few more features than the 650, and it costs a bit more. Go with the 700, you never know when you will need one of those extra features.

Stick with the 650. It is way more reliable. The thing you got to know about PDA phone is that they crash just about all of the time. The older model is usually more refined and will give you less problem when you are using it. Since the cell phone function is way more used than the PDA function your best bet is to go with reliability. That means the Pocket PC 700w is definitely out as it is very unreliable and plan old sucks.

More memory and a number of performance improvements. The 700p runs PalmOS, the 700w runs Windows Mobile 5. I would go with the 700p as the Palm operating system is fairly simple to use and has a lot of very good free software. Don't believe that Windows hype, you can work with MS Office files, photos and PDF files without converting them on the desktop first.

I have a 650... and a question, mine has a 320x320 resolution, is true that the 700 series are 240x240 resolution ? because if they are .. I'll stick with 650.
