Not unless you are into table tennis or badminton. Even then you would probably need a second job.

It is advisable to make sport a career anywhere in the world...if you're sport oriented. The commerciality in the sport business is big time..Look at the World Cup at the moment, and everything involved with it. All one needs is the right angle in the right area, combined with the right sport, and bingo! Good Luck.
