OK this is a marvel question who would win Rogue or Venom?

ok the stipulations are easy no pretime, both going all out, and its the oringinal Rogue for all who need to know the (original Rogue im talkin about the one who took Ms. Marvels powers)and for those of you who dont know im talking about (Venom from Spiderman). to anwser this Question please give detale on how the character you chosen would win?

Rogue, UNLESS Venom could lead her underground, but still Rogue unless Venom couls form another seed and from around her.
Rogue above ground could easily keep the Venom guy at bay while her access to super geniuses like Beast and Mr. X could easily giver her a sonic weapon to contain it. The only shot Venom would have would be if he could lure her into a tunnel or underground cave flooded with mice or small creatures and then collapse it. Absorbing life from those small animals could probably weaken Rogue to the point where she'd be unable to break free, this would be his only chance. If Venom's suit COULD form another seed it would be real intersting on Rogue, would Rogue pick up the powers of the suit through her absorbtion? or would the suit take her over and assimilate her???

How about Rogue vs Spawn....that would rock

Rogue would win, because despite all else, for Venom to bond with her, first he has to touch her: at that point, her absorption of Venom's powers begins...and Venom is quite useless outside it's symbiotic relationship with a host, which Rogue's absorption would disrupt. It would quickly sever and subsequently avoid that form of contact, which would leave only a physical brawl. Again, if Venom is bonded with a physical opponent inferior to Rogue's Ms. Marvel-enhanced powers, then she's a shoe-in to win. Against a stronger opponent, it would be tougher, but so as long as Rogue could touch it, she would always maintain the upper hand.

But both would feel icky and need to brush their teeth afterwards.
