Little kids become addicted because flaming hot cheetos cause slight burn and pain, the brain will then produce endorphins to ease the pain...pretty soon kids get hooked on the brains production of endorphins and hence flaming hot cheetos.....

Of coure the flaming hot cheetos! Only bad thing is they make your fingers and mouth all red, and once you eat one you cant stop eatting until the bag is gone no matter how bad your mouth is burning!
