does islam really sponsor terrorism??

this is not meant to hurt anyone's feelings. but is Islam really aiming at a clash with the West, or does the Western world simply doesn't like Islam???

The answer is Islam never encourages terrorism, but very few Muslims are choosing the terrorism as their weapon. Now we need to think why those people took the terrorism as weapon.

Think the situation in Iraq or Afghanistan so many civilians’ common men are used to attack by US army, similarly so many Muslims are attacked and Muslims girls are raped by Indian army, lot of Muslims were killed in Gujarat (India, in a recent communal riot). Lot of Muslims is used to kill by LTTE in Siri Lanka. Each and every heart knows Israel used to kill Muslim people in Palestine. So very few of Muslims choose the terrorism to reply then.

As per percentage of Islamic terrorist very very low compared with their population. And you need to analyze is only Muslim do the terrorism? No every part of the world various groups chose terrorism as their weapon. For example LTTE in Ceylon, Maoist in Nepal (The only Hindu Nation in the world), ULFA – Naxolites – Tamil terrorist – and more terrorist groups acting in India they are not Muslims and Islam is not the teacher of their terrorism.

If really Islam teaches terrorism then each and every Muslim hold the weapons with them but practically Muslims are very cowardly (Not brave) that’s why recently in Gujarat (one of the states in India) lots of Muslims were attacked, killed, raped, and robbed. But other parts of Muslims were not attacked Hindu people.

And one more thing you have to think at this time Maoist also doing the terrorism but no one called this as “Hindu Terrorism” even Nepal is the only Hindu nation, BJP, VHP, RSS, Bajrang dal, Sang Pariwar, etc… are used to doing terrorism in all parts of India but no one named it as Hindu terrorism, LTTE kills lots of people in every day no one named it as Tamil or Hindu terrorism, Israel army also kills huge amount of Muslim civilians but no one called it as Jews terrorism, at the same time the group which hold Arab name or the terrorist who named Muslim name do the terrorism the entire media name it as Islamic terrorism.

Actually speaking America is very big terror in the world. You and every one know there is no mass destruction weapon in Iraq. But America attacked and now it aims to attack Iran also. What is reason behind this? Purely, “Oil Minded”. As well as no one named it as American terrorism or Christian terrorism.

So Islam always teaches LOVE to their followers. Islamic rules are practically applicable, and it never changes for time to time or place to place or people to people. Even the black men or white men, men or women, wealth or poor there is no different in front of Quran’s law.

This is a very complex question!

First, how do you define Islam? For the sake of this, I am going to say it is a group of people with similar Muslim beliefs.

So, does this specific group of people sponsor terrorrism? Well, if you ask a westerner, you will most likely get an affirmative. The interesting thing is that these Islams probably do not see their actions as terrorism. They see their actions as acting in the best interest of their people, their faith, and doing what they believe is Allah's desire.

Let's break this down further: what is terrorism? It is a systematic use of terror (especially for the purpose of coersion). Well, the actions of these Islamics we view are terrorists are actions the Islamics view as necessary to save their religion and their people. Is the sole intention terror? I doubt it! The real intention is to be able to have their religion reign supreme.

So, the actions of these Islamic supremists such as suicide bombings, kidnapping, etc: are the sponsored by Islam? Yes, most likely so because Islam is really just a group of people with similar Muslim beliefs. All of these individuals identify themselves as Islamic, so they essentially are sponsoring their actions.

The real question to me: do these Islamic extremists see their actions as terrorism or simply as what is necessary to try and take back the way they view their countries and people should be living? And, do they view the actions of U.S. as being terrorism when we view it in a sort of attempt to make peace?

Yes, Islamic countries, governments, and muslim people sponsor terrorism worldwide. There goal is world domination, and a clash with the west is coming. But some people chose to act like this as a way to fight back. when u see innocent people getting killed in Palestine and Iraq by the US and Israel armies ,what do u say about it isn't this terrorism.when u see children getting killed and Muslim women getting raped by those people who are assuming to spread democracy all over the world please tell me where is the democracy in these acts. well also what would u say about the things happening in Guantanamo and Abu ghreib prisons they are abusing and torturing the prisoners! As I understand it 'The Koraan' is the scripture text Islam gets ideas from. Historically this book was written during a time of war; similar to the Baghravad Gita in the Hidu Faith; both books teach faith & God's goodness. However in faiths like Islam & Christianity, there seems to be people who will take one scripture as 'Gospel Truth' and do horrible things. (i.e. Muslim Suicide Bombers, the KKK, the Nazis).
