There is a question on this job application what I didn't like about my old jobs. I want to put somthing that sounds positive to this posible employer. My previous jobs where at a fast food restaurant and a shoe store.

You can always say that you didn't find they challenged you enough, but I wouldnt say that, if you are applying to another restaurant, or shoe store. Another thing you can say is that there wasn't enough opportunity for advancement. You can say there weren't enough available hours. Or, you can say that they weren't flexible enough with hours to allow you to attain other goals such as school, etc. It depends on who you are applying to. Good luck.

You can say something like:

- there wasn't enough challenge
- there wasn't any room for growth
- hours conflicted with school (if it wasn't a full time job)
- the store/company closed down or relocated

Good luck with the job search!

Tell them you didn't like catching the neighborhood cats to make the McNuggets.

Maybe that they weren't challenging enough for you, if that is true anyway.
