They would actually explode if they didn't have a space suit on, but so would we all, regardless of size or weight.
The atmospheric density in outer space is so much lower than on Earth (which is why you weigh less), that your blood would literally start to bubble until your skin burst and it was able to disperse, thus causing you to 'explode'.
...I realize you didn't want to hear it, but then why ask?

they would lose weight, but not mass, why are you asking, you are intending to launch some one to space? NO NO NO do not do this Any Unofficial and Unauthorized Launch would result in Immediate US retaliation against , USSR, North Korea,China , India, Pakistan England and Canada, This would be a world wide disaster, all of the Nuclear powers would in return retaliate, this would ensure total destruction, Canada has no nuclear weapons but it has its very own Air FARCE and would make extremely embarrassing fun of the whole mess. I am Canadian and I know just how terrible the AIR FARCE can be. so please play safe and do not go launching fat people into orbit to see if they explode

Fat, shmat! They would be weightless--just like their thinner colleagues!
And everyone could explode in the vacuum of space, not just the fatties. That's why no one goes out without a space suit.
The reason that obese people are not astronauts is because of the physical fitness requirements. Fat folks are usually not sufficiently physically-fit to go out in space. It is NOT their fat, in and of itself, that's keeping them out of the space program--it's their fitness levels. Also, they don't make large-sized space suits, because there's no "demand" for them.

maybe because of the density of nothingness in outer space his body will float until decomposing.

Nothing would happen to it. It would still be there, but there would not be any gravity, so it wouldn't weigh anything.
