There aren't any legal programs as yet, and about a week ago there was a special on the news here showing a man who had been caught downloading movies and he was jailed and given a large fine. Don't take the chance, it's not worth it.

Try "Get Smart" (I think that is the name of the program). It downloads the URL to your HardDrive and then lets you view it from offline.
