Sure it is. No where in your immediate environment can you ask such personal and often ridiculous questions and have someone, somewhere pay attention to you.

Which one? If it's general human dilemma at its basic level, then yes, the support that a community can provide is at least part of the solution. Without Yahoo! Answers, sometimes it can be hard to realize that there are caring people in the world. Some uncaring people may cause new problems, but the new friendships developed keep people strong.

If a person expects Yahoo! Answers to be the solution for all of their problems, no. But it does offer a wonderful way to get other people's perspective on issues and hopefully help the seeker make an educated decision.

No this is just a pass time for fun the abuse of this has caused to many restrictions you can get reported for the littlest things and have your yahoo account cancelled.
