There have been cases like this. Men have plenty of rights, but usually don't go to such great extents the way women do. In part, it's because men have misconceptions that they don't have rights. The other reason is because many men buy into the diea that women are better parents by default, and so they think it's best for their children to be with their mother, which isn't necessarily true-especially if he has sons. There are tons of men's activism websites and lawyers. Below are a few..

Yeah that's a tough one. I think that if the dad wants the baby he should be allowed to have it. The only problem is the woman has to carry the child, which from my experience so far is HARD WORK! Not to mention the permanent effects on the body.
Unfortunately though, even if a law came into play forcing the woman to have the child on behalf of the father, there is still the possibility of the mother harming the foetus to cause it to miscarry, which I'm sure would be difficult to prove.
Also there would be the consideration of men who have raped and got someone pregnant. Should they have a say? NO, but it could become an issue.
So unfortunately for you guys, until you can come up with a way of having babies yourselves, women will always hold the upper hand in this issue.
PS. I don't think it would be a good court issue because that means that someone out there will have to suffer the experience, and someone is going to loose.

Sorry, but the way the courts view pregnancy at this time, is that an embryo is not considered a developed human until the end of the first trimester, if I am not mistaken...the woman has the choice to abort up until that time, and even later, if the pregnancy is deemed to be dangerous to the mother, or she is carrying an abnormally developing fetus.
The $$$ you would waste trying to over-rule this would be better spent finding a relationship with someone who wants children like you do, or providing a good home to a child who doesn't have one.

The father has just as many rights as the mother does, all you or whoever would have to do is get a paternity test, and go to court to get custody so you can have the baby :) But if the girl wants an abortion, it is up to the girl

The answer to this will depend on the state you live in (if in the USA), or which country.
My spouse is German, and the differnce between there and the US is occasionally really amazing. Mostly differences in marriage laws - but I would expect the same differences to appear in child-rights laws.
If you have any questions, find a good lawyer who specializes in family law. You should also check with men's-rights advocates.

I do not think that the father has rights as far as making the mom carry the baby if she does not want to. As far as your "rights" you may want to contact Children and Families or a lawyer and just as them. Good Luck!

I don't know your situation, but I would never forgive a girl who would kill my child. If she doesn't want the baby , and you are not married, I would offer her to have the beby, leave the baby with me and get the hell out of my sight forever!
