how can we know when some local intruder ( Administrator) had enter in my pc?

You cannot. On a PC running Windows, the Administrator is God. He or she can do *anything* that can be done on such a computer, including covering his or her tracks completely. If you don't trust the Administrator of your PC, you cannot trust your PC, period.

most probably use zone alarm which is a firewall and prevents anyone intruding your PC...download it at download.com
