chemistry that other animals don't have ?
Because if not then why don't they just use all the unwanteds in the animal shelters after they're put to sleep ?

It is not just horses, Take a closer look at "Elmer's School Glue" logo some time.

Basically, any kind of animal flesh can be processed down into protein adhesive. Horse meat just never caught on in the states, so we had to use them for something.

Wow good question, I would assume that because many racehorses that often lose races are sold for dog food, sold as food (delicacy in Japan & France), and as you said glue. Dogs are much more often used in research labs (animal testing). Maybe researchers pay more money for the dogs???

thry don't turn them into glue. they butcher them and either turn them into dog/cat food for some parts while the better cuts are packed and sold in the meat shops of FRANCE, and other european countries.
