Adjust your position (farther back on the seat, tip toes so your legs are elevated). Less pressure on the carotid will allow more blood to flow to your lower legs. Or learn to pee standing up. :)

Am I correct that you are very overweight? If so then this is normal (not healthy, but normal) as the weight of your body that is compressing the arterial and \ or venous vessels in the back of your thighs is greater than the blood pressure driving the blood in them. This results in either partial or total vessel occlusion.
Arterial occlusion occurs as the occlusion pressure nears your systolic BP(approx 120 mmHg in normal adults). Venous occlusion occurs when occlusion pressure exceeds your CVP (central venous pressure) approx 10 mmHg in a normal adult.

Usually a limb will fall asleep when the blood flow is slowed to that limb. I can't say why it is happening so quickly but perhaps the seat is just pinching a vein in your legs.
