The Theory of Creation is that God created the heavens, the earth, man and all the creatures on it. Those that believe in this theory (which isn't a theory at all, it's the truth) are called Creationists.

You know ... God created the world in 7 days ... the whole "let there be light" thing.
Basically, it means that POOF! there was life, and God must have created it.
Then there's the opposite, which is the Theory of Evolution, meaning that we all evolved from a little speck of a specimen into the species that are on Earth today.
Edited to add: Whoops. I meant 6 days.

Actually, Creation occurred in six days. Literalists actually interpret this as six literal days whereas more hermeneutically-inclined exegetes interpret it as six epochs, or periods.
"The divine theory of creation," as you label it, basically means that YHWH (God) created the universe in six days (or epochs) and also created all forms of life. YHWH did not make them evolve from other species, He simply created them. At least, this is the path Christian creationists/ID-ers take. (By the way, all too often, ID just turns out to be a euphemism for Christian creationism)
On the Muslim side of the spectrum, Muslim creationists too believe that Allah (God) created the universe in six days, although they firmly believe in and assert that it was six epochs, not six literal days. They borrow many creationist arguments and perhaps their both outspoken representative is Adnan Oktar, better known has Harun Yahya. He has written many, many, all of them flawed of course, books on the subject, attacking evolution.
The funny thing ultimately is that, scientifically speaking, all these "assaults" against evolution in no way validate creationism as a theory. All they do is provide negative arguments against evolution. The whole creationism/"ID" thing seems to be one long, annoying diatribe of argumentum ad ignoratium, with healthy bits of practically every bit of wrong science and logical fallacies out there.
If only they would stick to theistic evolution...

It means that God created the heavens and the earth. Read Genesis in the Bible....that pretty much explains it. (It doesn't necessarily mean that God created the earth in 6-24 hour days.) It could mean that, but days could have been a different length at the time God created the earth.

Belief in a literal interpretation of genesis. God created the heaven and the earth, and all the things upon it, in six days.
as opposed to evolution.
