Can't help you there. Why should we require hispanics to speak English? When reading these posts, it seems obvious that most US citizens don't speak or at least write too well themselves.

to post above why should we make them speak English your right we shouldn't force anyone but i say don't cater to them no Spanish signs , materials, etc and if we stop meeting their needs maybe they will want to learn English this is America after all and its slowing our teachers down and hurting the other students
