If You two have been trying to get a baby, make Your trying less stressful. Eagering can have completely opposite effect. Just relax and do the "work" easily.
Tip 1. Try to reach orgasm in the same time. Woman's orgasm in fact is the contraction of the cervics, that help sperm to enter the womb.
Tip 2. RELAX. Don't do the "work" under pressure. Take a glass of dark red wine (preffered the one of higher quality), to loosen some of tensions. It helps, trust me.
Tip 3. Try to determine the time of ovulation during month. The easiest way is to measure "basal temperature". Every day in the same time put the thermometer in the anus, to measure the basal temeprature, and keep recording the measured temperatures . In 1 or 2 days of the month a slight rise of temperature will be seen, and that 's the day (or days) of ovulation.
Tip 4. make pauses of 1 to 2 days between "works". By that time, reserve of sperms will fill up and more active sperms will be moving in the semen.
Tip 5. After "work", You should lay on Your back, and try to lift the bottom in the air, by bending Your knees toward Your chest. Wobble slowly from side to side, and be still at one side for 15-30 seconds. Lifting the bottom helps the semen to enter the womb, and wobbling helps spreading it toward the tubes.
Tip 6. See a doctor for test of Your husband's ability for fertilisation. If there are less sperms than enough (10 - 50 million), he should be treated medically. Also You should see a doctor, for checkup of Your tubes, especialy if You have experienced problems like STD's, abortion, infections with complications, urinary infections etc.
Tip 7. BE PATIENT. My wife and myself have tried to build a baby for 18 months, and nothing was medicaly wrong with both of us. Now we have a lovely daughter of 3.
Tip 8. Don't worry. The older You are, The smarter Your baby shall be.
Tip 9. It is cosmic injustice - when You don't want a baby, pregnancy occurs after one "work", doesn't it?
Best regards and good luck. Keep trying.

well there are ovualtion kits you can try im doing them now and they are great !!! you buy them at the drug store or any shop that sells pregnancy stuff... you buy an ovulation kit for 5 days it comes with 5 peeing cups and 5 tests you do one test a day for 5 days at the same time every day.... it sort of looks like a pregnancy test but for ovualtion.... it comes up positive when you are at your highest and that means you are going to ovulate in 24 - 36 hours so you have sex on the day you get a positive and the day after....its worked for alot of women thats just an easier thing to try so that when you know you are most fertile you can plan a romantic evening and just enjoy the night instead of worrying the WHOLE month about making sure that you and your husband had sex on certain days so goodluck and for the future CONGRATS

Put a pillow under your butt to tip your vagina back. This makes it a down hill slope for the sperm. Then putt your feet up in the air for 20 min after ejaculation of sperm to give them time to penetrate cervix and egg. But the most important thing for both of you is to relax. It is also the hardest.

For starters, be relaxed: Once you are relaxed follow these tips:
Start taking folic acid now. You reduce your chances of giving birth to a baby with a neural tube defect (for example, anencephaly or spina bifida) by 50% to 70% if you start taking at least 0.4 mg of folic acid each day two to three months before you start trying to conceive.
Try to keep sex fun when you're trying to conceive. Use rooms other than the bedroom or schedule your babymaking rendezvous for an odd time of day. The rationale? You won't be able to keep up the babymaking pace for very long if sex starts feeling like a chore.
Don't hop up and run to the bathroom right after you make love. Lying down for at least a few minutes (some fertility experts say five minutes) after intercourse increases the odds that the sperm will be able to keep their date with the awaiting egg and that you'll win at baby roulette.
Make love often during your fertile period (the five days leading up to ovulation). If you've got the stamina to make love at least every 48 hours, you will ensure that there's a fresh shipment of sperm waiting in the fallopian tube at any given time. Of course, you can get too much of a good thing if your partner has a low sperm count, so if you're aware of a pre-existing fertility problem, you'll want to talk this issue over with your fertility specialist.
Keep in mind that babymaking is a numbers game. Even if you do everything "right," you still have only a 25% to 30% chance of conceiving in any given cycle
Here's a bit of sex-related trivia, just in case you and your partner are looking for a little inspiration. There are over 114 million sex acts performed around the world.
Are you a coffee drinker? Time to give it up or switch to decaf! Caffeine is thought to restrict the growth of a developing baby by constricting blood vessels and reducing blood flow to the uterus. What's more, a few studies have indicated that excessive consumption of caffeine (that is, more than three cups of drip coffee per day) may contribute to fertility problems. The jury is still out on this last point, however.
Are you or your partner regularly exposed to hazardous substances in the workplace? You may need to consider a job change or job modification before you start your family. Certain substances can affect both the quality of sperm and the development of the embryo.
Have you had your preconception checkup yet? Set up an appointment with your doctor to review your medical history and to talk about your plans to start trying to conceive
Are you currently taking any prescription or over-the-counter drugs? Be sure to ask your doctor if it's safe for you to continue taking them once you start trying to conceive.
If you aren't already doing so, start keeping a menstrual calendar. Note the date when your period starts, the number of days it lasts, and anything else your doctor might want to know about. This information could prove helpful if you experience problems in conceiving. It can also prove invaluable in pinpointing the date of conception -- and consequently your due date.
Try to book the last appointment of the day for your preconception checkup. That's when your doctor or midwife is most likely to be able to take the time to answer your questions and address your concerns without feeling rushed to go on to the next patient.
Make your vaginal environment as sperm-friendly as possible. Avoid vaginal sprays and scented tampons (which can cause a pH imbalance in your vagina); artificial lubricants, vegetable oils, and glycerin (because they can kill off sperm); saliva (because saliva can also kill sperm); and douching (because it alters the normal acidity of the vagina; can cause vaginal infections and/or pelvic inflammatory disease; and may wash away the cervical mucus that is needed to transport the sperm).
If you're monitoring your cervical mucus in an attempt to predict your most fertile days, do your checks before you shower, bathe, or swim. These activities can all affect the quantity and quality of your cervical mucus
And so i wish you all the best in your baby making efforts

Have you tried any ovulation testers? it can be really helpful to know exactly what time of the month you are fertile? Otherwise you might need to see a doctor to find out why.

go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and it will calculate when you will be fertile and ovulating.
**Take folic acid
**After sex hold your legs up for about 10 minutes so the sperm dosen't come out as quickly
**Stop worrying and relax
