Hello..The stress is everywhere and all we can do is to confirm itt's negative effect over our body and mind. When I feel very tense and irritated,I am applying Yoga breathing(which in fact is very simple and is as a rithmical, deep, slow breathing)..It works fine..If you are at home you can lie down,in silence, with closed eyes and just try to stop thinking.Proven remedies from Ages are the herbal remedies such as Cammomile,Mint tea..The intake of Vitamin from the group B are of vital importance..The sleep is another "must",that helps the organism to cope with the stress..Best of luck!!

Easy :) you just have to do something which you like or love most.
As a sports person and a student, i rely on my sport - dragonboating, to relieve the pressures and stress of studying, teachers, friends and family etc. I have been rowing since i was 14, and i love it.
You see, in order to get rid of stress, you need to do something that totally isolates your stressful thoughts. Going for a jog, for e.g, can take your mind off many things, in fact, evrything. While jogging or running, instead of thinking of your problems, you will be focusing on your breathing, your stamina and the surroundings.
For my case, as mentioned above i am a rower. During training sessions i will be focusing on my strength and stamina rather than thinking of my assignments or my overdue project. I'd rather put my effort into producing a exellent result than waste my time and energy coming out with nothing. It is common sense :) If you can produce a wonderful result while doing the thing you like or love most, the sense of achievement will do a great deal in changing your minset to a positive and better one.
Most importantly, be happy at all times :) Take note, you cannot be stressed doing something you like or love; it defeats the purpose!!! Ronaldinho is a great example - he has played soccer from such a small age, and til now he still loves playing soccer. He feels no stress or pressure at all while playing matches, it's true, you can see it in his eyes. That is because he puts his energy into focusing on the play, so that his efforts will produce goals for him. You can do the same :)
Whatever things you wanna do to de-stress, always put on a smile :)

stress = the distance between desire and acceptance. you plan you life by what you want or what you want to do. when life throws you a curve, you have to either adjust your desires are be willing to lower your acceptance level. go with the flow, life throws curves all the time, so the only thing you can do is learn to deal with them. this is my way.

first you have to be happy with your self.then start looking for hoobies that you like.if you are in a bad neighborhood like myself then you need to leave but lets not runaway to something worse.do whatever it takes to keep you happy and going.like going to college to better yourself.anyone who wants to bring you down you have to leave them.even if it someoneyou care about.if they dont want help there is nothing you can do for them therefor you have to think of yourself.
