maybe they can't smell the stinky diaper. or out of them! you might give this a suggestion: use a sock and towel with duck tape. place sock onto towel that is folded in a triangle. place baby on sock with towel and use duck tape to fasten the corners of the towel. the sock absorbs the yucky stuff and the towel is what keeps the yucky stuff in. it will do in a pinch! i have two daughters 15m 3 1/2 yr

Thedoctorisin is right, you need to invest in a diaper pail or diaper genie, the refills for the diaper genie last for about 80 to 100 good sized diapers depending on how small they are to begin with and how small you can bundle them up before inserting them into the pail. I recommend the diaper genie just make sure you get the right refill for your babies diapers! stage one for babies that are still on a whole liquid diet (breastmilk or formula) and stage two for babies that are eating solids too.
The pail will run you about $20 the refills about $6 I always try to buy two at a time so that we never run out, its amazing how many diapers one little kid can go through.
Small note: breast feed babies diapers smell a lot less offensive then formula feed babies diapers.

If you just moved somewhere and they have a baby and the diapers are bothering you they need to take the trash out more often or wrap each diaper up in a plastic bag before throwing it away.

A diaper genie works really well for disposing of the dirty smelly diapers. Target or Walmart sells them. After you put a dirty diaper in there you can't smell it anymore.

I have found that the only thing that really works is to put the poopy diaper inside a Freeze guard Ziplock bag and seal it. It keeps the odors in. Don't waste money on a diaper genie.

If you can afford to buy a Diaper Champ or Diaper Genie, those are good ways to contain the smell.

After changing baby put wipes and diaper in plastic bag and dispose on in the trash can. Keep baking soda in the trash can and always take out the garbage.
