Well, who is to say he got removed? He may have pulled his question or perhaps there were just too many answers....maybe it wasn't even him?
I happen to really admire the guy because of his phenomenal success....but then I admire all successful people and use them as a role model to help me think like they think and therefore become who they are.
I wish it were really Donald Trump and if that is so, that he would start to answer questions!
