What's your favorite movie quote and which movie is it from?

Well, I too would like to answer my question, but there are so many choices... Two great ones:
Rushmore: I like your nurse's uniform, guy.
They're OR scrubs.
Oh, are they?
Donnie Darko: They're cute and they're horny , and if you're cute and you're horny you're probably happy.
Keep answering, all!

I may be cheating since this movie is more literature than a movie since it was first a book, but the end lines from the movie A River Runs Through It, here it is "But when I am alone in the half-light of the canyon...all existence seems to fade to a being with my soul and memories... and the sounds of the Big Blackfoot River and a four-count rhythm...and the hope that a fish will rise. Eventually, all things merge into one...and a river runs through it. The river was cut by the world's great flood...and runs over rocks from the basement of time. On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words... and some of the words are theirs. I am haunted by waters". It always sends a shiver down my spine.

Asking for just one is cruel ... If I have to choose, off the top of my head I guess I would choose:

"Life is pain, highness ... anyone who says differently is selling something." Westley, The Princess Bride

Ooh, yay! I'm going to do more!

"But you saved me Scully. A-as difficult and as frustrating as it's been sometimes, your God d*mned strict rationalism and science has saved me a thousand times over. You've kept me honest. You made me a whole person. I owe you everything, and you owe me nothing. I don't want to do this alone ... I don't even know if I can ... and if I quit now, they win." Fox Mulder, The X-Files

"Throughout human history, we have been dependent on machines to survive. Fate, it seems, is not without a sense of irony." Morpheus, The Matrix

"Death cannot stop true love. All it can do is delay it for a while." Westley, The Princess Bride

"I want everything I've ever seen in the movies!" Leo Bloom, The Producers

"Actors aren't animals! They're human beings!" Leo Bloom
"Have you ever eaten with one?" Max Bialystock , The Producers

Love is passion, obsession, someone you can't live without. If you don't start with that, what are you going to end up with? Fall head over heels. I say find someone you can love like crazy and who'll love you the same way back. And how do you find him? Forget your head and listen to your heart. I'm not hearing any heart. Run the risk, if you get hurt, you'll come back. Because, the truth is there is no sense living your life without this. To make the journey and not fall deeply in love - well, you haven't lived a life at all. You have to try. Because if you haven't tried, you haven't lived.

"What's wrong with death sir? What are we so mortally afraid of? Why can't we treat death with a certain amount of humanity and dignity, and decency, and God forbid, maybe even humor. Death is not the enemy gentlemen. If we're going to fight a disease, let's fight one of the most terrible diseases of all, indifference."
