This is a mythology not a science question.

In the Greek creation myth, Chaos (the silent abyss from which all things come) created the solid mass of the Earth, from which arose the star and cloud filled Heaven. Mother Earth was personfied in Gaia and Father Heaven in her offspring Uranus.

So the answer to your question is Uranus.

Like mother tongue, mother country and mother Theresa we call our earth as mother planet.

A mother has many qualities especially in the pain and care taken on the welfare of her children.

No other relationship can be compared to mother.

There are men who in the demise of the mother of a child become the ‘mother’ of the child.

The sex is not important here; the behavior of mother is important.

We live on earth and earth gives us, all we need and is like a mother.

“Mother” is a holy word to describe the quality of a mother and has no gender.

Just like there is a mothership but not a fathership, I don't think its a valid question. I guess it would be the earth as well, if you feel like calling it that.
