Yes, just the othe day. Somebody asked a totally incomprehensible question, and my response was a sarcastic "Is this an indication of the current education standards in the US?"

Yes. And some answers i put major effort into (and spent a lot of time carefully composing, checking my facts, checking my *spelling*, finding supporting links, etc.) just passed unnoticed into the ether. Makes you wonder.

Nope, usually I give a question pretty good thought unless it's kind of pointless like "whats your favorite color" or something like that.
