The first sign of pregnancy usually is a missed period. If you have missed your period then I would suggest you take a home pregnancy test. Other symptoms may be abdominal cramping, breast tenderness, fatigue, mood swings, feeling nauseous or vomiting, headaches, etc. If you are truly concerned that you might be pregnant you might want to go see your family physician or go to a free health clinic and speak with a doctor. They can give you a blood test to confirm if you are. Also, they're are free pregnancy clinics you can go to to talk with a counselor if you need to seek advice. Good luck to you and God bless!

No one but the doctor can tell you if you are pregnant. The symptoms do not matter as many women do not experience any at all and some that do, have a positive pregnancy test before they have any of the symptoms. And, others experience symptoms because they are either afraid of being pregnant or they want so badly to be pregnant. However, the very first symptom, will be a missed period. So, if you miss or missed your period, go to your doctor for a pregnancy test.

You miss your period. Unless you are very active this can be normal. Or if you are on birthcontrol it can make you miss periods. Then take a pregnancy test.

Because you lost your period! And you can feel dizzy, and your boobs grow, and you feel your body different. You should take a blood test or urine test to be completely sure. Good luck any answer you find!

I knew before I even missed a period. I just had a gut feeling about it. If you are well tuned into your body you will know.

first lean how to spell. then find out if you have enough money to support a child. then prepare to use a wire hanger to give yourself an abortion because from the sound of it, it seems that you dont have enough money/smarts to make money for either child support or an abortion. oh wait theres always prostitution.
