I use FXCM.com. It is not the cheapest, but it has (for the beginner) a nice balance between cost and useful information.
As I improve my skills I might look for an FX dealer that has smaller pips (2 pips vs 3 on majors). and better free charting.
If you're new to this.... remember 9 out of 10 that try FOREX lose money. For those that make money.... a good track record is 6 out of ten trades (winners). Money management is more important than winning trades!

Actually so many webite around the web.
I personally like http://www.realtimeforextrading.com
Most competitive online brokers offer 3 – 5 pips. It offers 2 - 3 pips fixed spread (!): 40% less spread, 40% less cost. Lower spreads result in a higher bid price and a lower ask price. As a consequence, you pay less when you buy and get more when you sell, making it more easier to realize a profit .
Good luck in forex trading!
