I was wondering, I just had a dream abut dead mice. The mice were all over the room, but they were dead. Some were dead in mice traps and some were just dead on the floor, and it seemed like they had been there for a while. I just wanted to know what someone else thought of this, personally it creeped me out.

The fact that in your dream they were all dead, this could mean that a disease in your has ceased to exist (since mice not only carry diseases and just are a dis-ease to humans).
This does not have to mean like a cold or the flu, or even cancer and more serious diseases.
This could just mean a difference since what we think of "dis-ease" does not always turn out negative in the future.
You may have a shifting in your belief system or your feelings. Your opinions might change from the fact that a disease (or just a difference) has been killed off.

The mice represent hidden enemies. Dead mice means that you will be soon rid of any hidden enemies or some illness which could have bothered you in near future.

Here is my analysis.
mice = dirty things that most people hate = your enemy
all over the room and dead in different form, some have died for a while = relationship with closer ones are breaking up, and you know it.
That could mean that you have lots of enemies or people you don't like and you want them to get away from you.

its just a dream. dreaming is the way that the brain rests at night. if you never sleep you will go crazy and die in two weeks because the brain needs the release of dreaming every night
